- **Event Description**: Our Rotary Club of Akron – Newstead is once again hosting its major fund-raising event of the Holiday Season:
 The 36th  Annual Akron -Newstead Rotary Christmas Auction, Friday 6pm, December 5th, 2025, Akron Fire Hall,1 Main St Akron, NY. Funds raised from this year's Basket Raffle stay here in Akron and will be used to help support our annual Holiday Outreach program that provides groceries and gifts to those less fortunate in our community. 
Last year, with the help of our community partners, Rotarians and businesses, we raised over $15,000.00 to help families living in the Akron- Newstead area. 
We would love to have you attend our event as well, please consider attending.  You will have an amazing time. Tickets are $35.00 which includes hors d' oeuvres & a cash bar is available.
