Saturday Sonic Refresh $20 (Member Price $15)
A relaxing 45 minute Saturday morning sound journey, refreshing, rebalancing and recharging to support you and start off your weekend. This sound journey will include the frequencies of 432 hz crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and 144hz/528hz tuning forks. With this help we’ll gently open the pathways that support balance in your life and relationships.
What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves produced by instruments like crystal bowls, to induce relaxation, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.

4-Inch memory foam mattress
Cotton blanket
Standard luxury pillow with fresh pillow case

There are yoga mats available upon request

Doors open at 9:45am and close at 10:00am for the event start, yes we are inside the office park of Stevo's Dock & Lift, you're at the right place, please park out front of the brown building 😄
