- **Event Description**: Please DO NOT arrive at Sensory Friendly Open Gym WITHOUT PRE-REGISTERING as a punch card visit or as a drop-in visit. This is to prevent overcrowding in our lobby area and let's us know how many people will be attending. 

Attire for the event is elastic waist shorts/pants and a t-shirt or their leotard. Anyone not in proper attire will not be able to participate.

Bare feet are the safest option on our equipment

We ask that all participants wash their hands after entering the facility

Open Gym is available from September 6th-May 30th
Our Sensory-Friendly Open Gym is a welcoming and inclusive playtime designed specifically for children who benefit from a calmer, more controlled environment. With lower lighting, reduced noise, and fewer participants, this open gym allows kids to explore movement at their own pace. Staff will set up gentle obstacle courses and stations that support sensory regulation, motor planning, and social interaction in a supportive, judgment-free space. Caregivers are welcome to assist as needed. This is a great opportunity for children to move, play, and build confidence in a setting that respects their unique sensory needs.

Note: This is not a structured class. Coaches are present for supervision and safety, but no direct instruction will be given.
