As we transition into Autumn, this is a time to slowly begin to wind down to prepare for Winter, a time of deep reflection, integration and rejuvenation. As the seasons change, this is when our body can need a little extra support and loving care. 

This beautiful practice will combine breathwork, meditation, and a nourishing yin yoga practice in line with the energy of Autumn, and will leave you feeling grounded, nourished and rejuvenated. 

Autumn is aligned with the Metal element, and the lung and large intestine meridians (energy channels) and organs. Our practice will be centred around supporting these areas of the physical and energetic bodies. 

The practice will finish with an extended Savasana (final relaxation) infused with the healing frequencies of Reiki Healing, to support you to integrate the shifts and healing that occur during the session.
