Sometimes the best conversations happen when we’re simply walking side by side.

We’re excited to announce the launch of Wander Women — a new community walking group created to bring women together, get moving, connect, chat and build a stronger sense of community.

We walk the Second and Fourth Thursday of every month and come together in support of Suicide Prevention Day & R U OK? Day.

Wander Women is for EVERY woman, every fitness level and every ability.

There’s no race, no pressure and no need to keep up. Our walk will follow the accessible boardwalk, with a number of mindful stops along the way, giving us opportunities to pause, breathe, take in our surroundings and connect with one another.

You don’t need to know anyone beforehand. Just come as you are and enjoy some time walking, talking and connecting with other women in our community. 

Because you never know what someone is carrying and a simple “Are you OK?” can open the door to connection.
