Summer Solstice & New Moon Yin Practice & Reiki Healing

Join me to honour both the Sagittarius New Moon, and the Summer Solstice. Here we will celebrate the fullness of the Summer season, and plant seeds of intention under the potent new moon energy.

You will move through a yin yoga practice to align you with the energy of Summer, and set intentions for the month and the year ahead.

The practice will conclude with a group reiki healing, designed to promote relaxation, healing, and a free flow of energy through your body.

This practice is suitable for all.
