- **Event Description**: Join me to gather under the Aries full moon to share energy and create some cosmic magic together. Using the power of the full moon is the perfect time to shed what no longer serves you, and take some time to slow down, rest, and receive.

This particular full moon is coupled with the energy of Aries, making it an fiery, driven and action-orientated moon. Bring your favourite journal and pen along as we release what no longer serves, and allow ourselves to fully rest and receive.

The space will open with a centering meditation and breathwork. You will be guided to reflect on what you need to release, in order to call in your dreams and desires. 

Next we will move through a yin yoga practice ~ gentle and supported floor based postures, to invoke our connection to the energy of the moon. This practice is crafted to align with the energy of Aries. 

You are then guided seamlessly into Savasana ~ the final pose of rest. This is infused with the healing frequencies of Reiki, allowing you to fully rest, receive, and integrate the shifts that occur during the session.

There’s so much power and wisdom when we gather together and connect with the cycles of nature. 

What to bring:
Yoga mat and props if you have them, otherwise there are props at the venue
Your favourite pen and journal or notebook
Make sure you wear comfortable clothes for our yin yoga practice.

I will only hold these sacred moon circles on selected moons, so if you’d like to join me, be sure to save your space.
