Please note: This training is for organisations operating with or within the North Lanarkshire Community and Voluntary Sector only.

The aim of this session is to introduce the basic principles of minute taking and offers hints and tips on how to produce clear, accurate and understandable minutes. Then session will look at the importance of the agenda, effective preparation, minute taking skills formats and tools and communication
