We will also address how to use basic resin molds and then of course, caring for your pieces after they have cured. All of these topics will be discussed and answered in this new basic beginner workshop.I'm confident that you've seen all the amazing things you can do with resin and are interested in learning "hands-on" how it's done. Working with resin is amazing and the possibilities are endless - really!The basic techniques for resin mixing and manipulation will be demonstrated by your Creative Coach as well as how to properly mix colours, ratios for mixing, how to use the heat gun and torches to eliminate gas bubbles that occur naturally when the epoxy and the hardener are mixed together, swiping to create cells & lacing, and more.A ll these tools and products will be on hand for you to use and experiment with before you decide if this is a hobby that you will enjoyOur workshop experience will be one full hour of teaching and demonstration, followed up with the remaining time i n play and experimentation. E ach participant will be provided with all the supplies necessary to complete a practice panel and one larger cradle board panel in whatever colours and embellishments you want! This workshop is a perfect precursor to any of the many resin art workshops that I offer in my studio.Age Requirement is 18 unless accompanied by an adult.
