Take a sacred pause at the end of your month for a dedicated space to release, renew and return to yourself.
This monthly restorative yoga practice with quarterly pricing available will help you step off the hamster wheel of doing into the sanctuary of being. Surrounded by the gentle glow of candlelight, you'll be guided through deeply restful poses held for extended periods, allowing your body to soften, your mind to quiet, and your nervous system to reset.
This is not a workout, it's a work-in. Through the support of bolsters, blankets and blocks, your body will be completely held in each pose, creating the conditions for profound relaxation and restoration. You'll experience a slow, gentle "warm up to cool down" series of seated stretches followed by gentle, supportive poses held for 5 - 15 minutes each. This special series will include:
- Aromatherapy with carefully selected essential oils to deepen relaxation
- Guided meditation designed to help you connect within.
- Optional supportive touch to release tension even further and enhance presence.
$30 each per session or $75 to attend all three months.
All levels welcome. No yoga experience necessary. Come as you are, whether it's tired, weary or simply seeking sanctuary. Leave feeling grounded, spacious and restored.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in. Bring anything that supports your comfort including extra layers, socks, your favorite blanket. All other props provided.
