Reiki Ryoho is a healing art and spiritual tradition that drew out of the Japanese culture. The goal of Reiki is to attain inner peace. As we work on our own healing journey, we become closer to attaining peace within ourselves.
Shoden First Degree training prepares you to work with yourself (self-healing), as well as close families/friends and pets. During the training, you will:
🪷Learn the history of Reiki
🪷Learn Japanese Style Reiki
🪷Be introduced to the Five Reiki Principles
🪷Be guided to utilize Reiki for your own self healing
🪷Learn Japanese meditation techniques associated with the Reiki system
🪷Receive reiju/attunement
The class will have a focus on your own self healing journey.
Shoden First Degree Reiki Training will be at least 4 hours
The relationship between the teacher and student is a sacred one in my personal practice and I will continue to support you after the class as you embark on your spiritual and personal journey.
