Whether you’re new to canning or looking to refresh your skills, this class will guide you step-by-step through safe, research-based food preservation techniques using USDA-approved methods. Participants will make their own jelly during the workshop and take home a jar of their finished product.Minimum Enrollment RequirementThis class will be held only if the minimum enrollment of five (5) paid registrants is met by June 2, 2026.If the minimum enrollment is not met, the session may be rescheduled or canceled. In that case, all registered participants will be notified by June 2, 2026, and issued a full refund.------Clemson Extension is required by the USDA to offer program participants the opportunity to self-identify. By voluntarily providing us with your demographic information, we are able to more accurately document the impacts we are making to better the lives of the citizens of South Carolina.Extension classes and events may be canceled at any time due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.
