- **Event Description**: Khamir- Craft Facility, Handicraft Shop, Kutch is a platform for the crafts, heritage and cultural ecology of the Kutch region of Gujarat. It is a space for engagement and development of Kutch's rich creative industries.
 
There is a tradition of resourcefulness in all rural communities. Now Khamir has created an intervention to make new goods from waste plastic. Recognizing the issue of waste disposal as a global problem, it is necessary to create new, lasting solutions. 
In this workshop they will teach the participants how to hand weave plastic sheets all from recycled plastic!

Participation Fees: Rs 150/- per participant

Recommended Age Group: 14 yrs and above
