Refund Policy

All ticket sales for the Fashion Pageant are final. Please review the details below carefully before completing your purchase.

1. No Refunds or Exchanges

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased. This applies to all ticket types, including general admission, VIP, and complimentary or promotional tickets.

2. Event Changes

• Schedule Changes: Tickets remain valid if the event date, time, or venue is changed. No refunds will be issued due to scheduling adjustments.
• Program Changes: The organizers reserve the right to modify the event program, participants, designers, or performers without notice. Such changes do not qualify for a refund.

3. Event Cancellation

• If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be eligible for a refund of the ticket face value only.
• Service fees, processing fees, and other ancillary charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable processing period.

4. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued if the event is cancelled, postponed, or disrupted due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or acts of God. In such cases, tickets may be honored for a rescheduled date at the organizer’s discretion.

5. Entry & Conduct

Failure to attend the event, denial of entry due to late arrival, or removal for violation of event rules does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
