About the workshop:
Millennials are facing the scariest financial & career future of any generation since the Great Depression. No matter how good strategy you follow , if you not optimist in life you would never be successful. An optimist sees challenges as temporary, and as stepping stones that are leading them to a better solution, whereas a negative person gets stuck and blocked.
This workshop will provide with techniques to dejunk one’s mind, get a clear sense of the life purpose and overcome failure & happiness mind pattern technique with role play with various tools like food / wellbeing, stories, failures talks, management lessons, business optimism theory, exercises, brain positive technique, science of happiness.
About the speakers:
Saurabh Jain, VP, Paytm
He is currently the Vice President at Paytm and heads the Paytm - Make for India, an initiative to promote the grass root innovations in the country. He is also the founder of Fun2Do labs, an open education project and Mentor - Digital Business at Delhi Press Magazine. He had authored two books on mobile phone programming and holds several patents to his name. He was given the title "Blackberry Elite" by Blackberry and "Nokia Developer champion" by Nokia.
Anarben Patel
Built around the core idea of “Be the change you wish to see in the world!”, Anar Patel’s life journey is the reflection of her aspiration and desire to catalyze social change through sustainable means. Love, trust and faith, are three core values that have woven her life journey in service, thread by thread. Anar Patel, an ardent social change maker, an MBA from Institute of Management, NIRMA University, is engaged in service for over 30 years now. She has been the pillar and driving force of many organizationsserving and empowering different sections of society.
She co-founded the NGO, Manavsadhana, with the philosophy of "Love all, serve all", in 1990. To enable women to be the catalyst of sustainable economic and social change in order to strengthen their families and positively impact their communities, in 1995, Anar Patel founded a non-profit organization Gramshree. In 2010, with the mission to revive, preserve and promote the craft traditions of India and to empower the handicraft artisans from across the country, Anarben Patel founded “Craftroots”.
Anar Patel has been honored with the prestigious 'All Grassroots Women of the Decade Achievers' Award for her phenomenal contribution and commitment towards sustaining the lives of many women and children in Ahmedabad by Assocham Ladies League (ALL). She received the ‘Gujarat Gaurav’ Award for her outstanding rehabilitation work in Kutch in 2001.
In 2016, She inspired, conceptualized and created first of its kind city festival in India “Sabarmati Festival” with the aim to celebrate the cultural diversity and inclusiveness of Ahmedabad. Apart from this Anar Patel is also trustee and mentor to many other organizations such as YUVA Unstoppable, Seva Café, ESI, Moved by Love, and is engaged in various social upliftment and welfare activities. She recently has been appointed as the chairperson of Khadi and Handicraft Promotion committee of Business Women’s Wing of Gujarat Chamber of Commerce.
Anurag Batra
Mr. Annurag Batra is a serial entrepreneur, media mogul, a journalist and an eternal optimist rolled into one. He is a B. Tech in Computer Sciences, a degree, which he acquired before joining Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, one of India’s leading BusinessSchool. He is a first generation entrepreneur and after acquiring the iconic business media and magazine brand BW Businessworld Chairman of BW | Businessworld, a 35 year strong media brand as well as most respected business publication in the country. Mr. Batra also founded the exchange4media group and he serves as the Chairman and Editor-in-Chief of exchange4media group which includes exchange4media.com – India’s leading media industry website, PITCH – India’s only Advertising, Marketing and Media Magazine, IMPACT – The Marketing Weekly, Franchisee Plus – Business Opportunity Magazine, Realty Plus – India’s leading monthly real estate magazine and samachar4media.com/ – leading media industry website in Hindi.
Mr. Batra is also appointed by Government of India as the Chairman of an industry committee formed to come up with a vocational training framework for the media, communication and entertainment industry.
Saira Shah Halim
A poet, educator, theatre personality, viewed corporate trainer and a social activist who’s actively involved with causes such as gender equality, art against fascism and women’s issues.She’s often seen on national television as a social and political commentator. She is also an Executive Committee member of West Bengal Federation of United Nations Association. Her work has been published in various anthologies and in national and international journals. Her film ‘Ek Khaas Aadmi’ was premiered on NDTV Talkies viewed on youtube. She’s also a motivational speaker, a behavioural and leadership trainer who’s conducted a no of workshops for different organisations across India and abroad.
As a popular culturist, she regularly hosts events and launches books and authors across the country. She is also a founding member of ‘poetry paradigm’ a poetry group that has done pioneering work in the revival of poetry.

1. Title: Radio Workshop by Mirchi RJ Dhvanit
Content: The art of interacting with the audience.
RJ Dhvanit will be interacting with the audience explaining the art of interaction. The session also features an informal interaction with him. It will be an hour long interaction

2. Title: RADIO ON SOCIAL MEDIA
While Radio has been a widely accepted and used medium for mass communication in India, the advent of social media has given this medium and its keepers the creeps. Will one K*ll the other, or can there be a symbiotic relation between the two? A question that will be asked and mulled upon by someone who does both full time.
This workshop will be taken by Mirchi RJ Vashishth. This will be an hour long workshop.
