You may work on health issues, mental disorders, addictions, work or relationship problems, childhood traumas or spiritual growth by making deeper connection with your body to guide you into the healing process & start truly loving yourself.  We will start working on opening your heart (happiness centre) with ancient taoist technique; Inner Smile. You start letting go of any negativity or resentment you are carrying for any person or situation by Forgiveness Statements developed on the principles of Shamanic practice.  In the second half, you will start making friendship with each and every part of your body, listen to your body & asking if there is anything your body would like to you to do either stop doing what is hurting or start doing something positive, healthy & healing.
