By following the democracy in our decision-making approach, we or the other person experience some of the following things.

- I have decided this. It should not go wrong now. If anything happens, that’s my responsibility. I will need to correct it. No one is going help me in this… We feel left out, isolated or separated…

- No one is listening to me. My voice doesn't matter…. Why am I here?

- I know if they will work this way, it is going mess up. How can I suggest a better way to them? Will they listen to me or not?
