Non-Refundable Passes

All passes purchased for the event are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Once purchased, tickets cannot be canceled, transferred, or exchanged.

The Event Company shall not be held responsible for any cancellation, delay, or changes caused due to natural calamities or situations beyond our control. In such cases also, no refund will be issued.

In case a participant is asked to leave the premises due to misbehavior, violation of rules, or security reasons, the pass holder will not be entitled to any refund.
As the pass allows one-time entry only, no re-entry will be permitted, and refunds will not be entertained for missed attendance.
