Refund Policy

1. No Refund on Purchased Tickets

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except under special circumstances mentioned below.

2. Event Postponement or Cancellation

• If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date.
• In case of event cancellation, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Force Majeure

We are not liable for refunds in case of cancellations due to natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemic lockdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Transfer of Tickets

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Please contact our support team with updated attendee information at least 48 hours before the event.

5. No Show

No refund will be issued in case of a no-show by the ticket holder.
