Un encuentro íntimo, entre fuego, sabores y flores

Queremos invitarte a vivir una noche muy especial en Ylang Ylang, un rincón en transformación ubicado dentro de El Oasis Hotel, donde estamos dando nueva vida a un antiguo restaurante rodeado de árboles frutales y una abundante flora tropical.

Aunque nuestro espacio aún está en proceso de renacimiento, queremos abrir sus puertas —por una noche— para compartir contigo lo que está floreciendo aquí. Será una cena al aire libre, bajo las estrellas, en el patio de la loma, donde todo será cocinado al fuego con amor e inspiración.

Esta cena no solo celebra el Día de las Madres, sino también el inicio de un camino: un primer juego de sabores, una exploración del menú que soñamos ofrecer en el futuro. Nos encantaría que formes parte de este momento, de esta semilla que estamos sembrando con mucho cariño.

An intimate gathering, among fire, flavors, and flowers

We’d like to invite you to experience a very special evening at Ylang Ylang, a transforming haven located within El Oasis Hotel, where we are breathing new life into an old restaurant surrounded by fruit trees and lush tropical flora.

Although our space is still in the process of being reborn, we want to open its doors — for one night — to share with you what is beginning to bloom here. It will be an open-air dinner, under the stars, on the hillside patio, where everything will be cooked over fire with love and inspiration.

This dinner not only celebrates Mother’s Day, but also marks the beginning of a journey: a first play of flavors, an exploration of the menu we dream of offering in the future. We would love for you to be part of this moment, of this seed we are planting with great care.
