In this workshop, led by licensed psycotherapist Jacklynne Marder, we will learn about the nervous system and how to spot when it is dysregulated. We will then move on to learning various body-based tools to regulate the nervous system such as somatic movements, breathing exercises, visualization, and lastly sound healing. These are all tools that can be utilized this holiday season if stress arises to find a deeper sense of calm and groundedness. This workshop will take place at the beautifully serene Owl's Nest in Malibou Lake in Agoura Hills, surrounded by peaceful nature for a full mind and body reset.
