Each floating sound bath has taught me something about how sound, water, and stillness work together. 

Every event is intentionally designed so guests feel safe, supported, and deeply relaxed from the moment they arrive until they leave.

No experience required. No meditation skills required. You don’t have to “clear your mind” or believe in anything.

You simply float and listen.

For over an hour, you’ll rest on a supported float while I play live Crystal Tones alchemy singing bowls and other instruments around the pool at sunset. 

The water carries the sound and vibrations differently than a studio does—you don’t just hear the vibrations, you physically feel them traveling through the water around and beneath you.

Some people feel deeply relaxed. Some fall asleep. Some leave feeling lighter than they have in weeks.

There’s nothing you have to do except show up, get comfortable, and let your nervous system take a break.

This isn’t about escaping your life. It’s about giving your nervous system enough quiet that you can return to your life feeling like yourself again.

Frequently Asked Questions:

 • Will I get wet? Do I need to wear a swimsuit? No, and no.  Beyond your feet and ankles, you’ll stay dry the whole time. I’ll help you get settled onto your float so you feel stable and comfy before we begin and again after we end. 
 • Will I be too stressed to enjoy the float once it begins? Anxiety is normal, however the first 10 minutes, are usually when people start to realize how much tension they were holding and begin to let it go. 
 • Is motion sickness ever an issue? No. You’ll drift a little if it’s particularly windy. That’s part of the experience.
 • What if I fall asleep? Some people stay awake the whole time. Others sleep through half of it. Both are perfectly okay.
 • What if I decide I don’t want to float? That is perfectly okay! You can listen on a lounge chair or yoga mat poolside, or you can cancel for a full credit for another sound bath with at least 24 hours notice. 
 • Can I book or pay for a friend to join? Absolutely! Please contact me for a discount code if you’re a member, a repeat floater or a previous pool host.
