Through guided movement, meditation, oracle card rituals, nature wanderings, and sacred adornment, you’ll cultivate a felt sense of clarity, power, and deep inner connection. This is a celebration of your essence, a chance to revive your natural radiance and reclaim your inner wisdom.

Come barefoot-ready, journal in hand, and open to magic as we breathe, move, and honor the beauty of becoming.

✨ 5 Senses Meditation & Sound Bath

A full-bodied activation of your nervous system that brings your emotional, mental, and spiritual desires into reality.

Through the senses, we uncover deep subconscious blocks — the parts of you that are quietly keeping you from being who you truly are. At the same time, we safely imprint your nervous system with a new truth, making it easier to say YES to yourself.

As you wander through nature you’ll symbolically shed old layers — offering them to the earth as you reconnect with your senses and your truth. This simple yet powerful practice calms the nervous system and anchors you into the woman you’re becoming.

A sensual ritual of breath, movement, and full-bodied listening that awakens your soul, rewilds the senses, and liberates your truest self.

This practice creates safety to be seen, felt,and fully expressed — reconnecting you to your primal nature, intuitive wisdom, and the woman within. Through pleasure, you empower what’s ready to emerge and give yourself full permission to be HER.

✨ Adornment & Closing Celebration A celebration of self that affirms your worthiness and invites you to be fully seen.

Dressed in your radiance and truth, this ritual ignites joy, play, and authentic self-expression. It creates space to honor who you’ve been while boldly and confidently claiming the woman you’re becoming. A moment to step into your power and say: this is me!

• Anything that allows you to feel comfortable
• A snack or quick lunch
• Clothing that makes you feel beautiful but is comfortable and easy to move in
• Something that represents you for the adornment ceremony and dance party at the end - This can be that gorgeous robe you've been saving in your closet, some silly glasses, a crown, any jewelry or clothing items that make you feel like a QUEEN. We will be providing some items as well. Bring anything that allows you to feel like YOU.
