These sessions are also ideal for Triathlon Ireland members who are not involved with a club.Where:The hub will meet fortnightly on Tuesday evenings from 7pm to 9pm at Moira Lakes in Aghalee.What to expect:These sessions are coached by Diane Cordner and Sam Cordner who will meet you on arrival and will be happy to answer any questions.There are two parts to each session - an open water swim followed by a running drills and technique session.
