Falling Into Rest is a group sound bath at The Space by Tova... community held gently with my Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. As fall settles in, we’ll slow together, soften the breath, and welcome a warm, seasonal reset.

This gathering is simple and nourishing: arrive, get cozy and receive. I weave the tones of my Alchemy crystal bowls...often with soft singing to invite your nervous system to settle.

Come as you are; no experience needed. Most guests leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected... like stepping out into golden fall light.
