I am excited to be offering my first yoga retreat aboard in charming Taghazout in mystical Morocco. Here is the daily schedule:

7.30am Yoga, pranayama and meditation
9.30am Breakfast
10.30-1.30pm Free time, optional surf lessons
1.30pm Lunch
2.30-4.30pm Free time, optional surf lessons
4.30pm Asana spotlight (workshop on specific postures) followed by Yin yoga
6.30pm Dinner
8pm Yoga Nidra and gong bath

The retreat officially begins at 4.30pm for the welcoming circle on Thursday 20th, check in is from midday and there will be lunch available for around 2pm for those already there. The retreat  finishes after breakfast on Sunday 23rd November.
The cost for the 3 night retreat is £250. A limited number of single occupancy rooms are available at £320. The price does not include the flights which are available direct from Bristol or Birmingham or London (the cheapest option). It doesn't include airport transfers either, the cost of which is around £25 for a taxi ride to the retreat. Extra nights stay are also possible at the retreat centre, this would be booked through the venue directly.
A 3-hour lesson including a wetsuit, and a surfboard (which you can keep for the day) is €35 per person. 

This will be a deep dive into the essence of yoga and my regular students can expect a much more expansive exploration than my weekly classes.
