??Join us for a chance to start Memorial Day in honor of the military men and women who have given the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms. 

This workout is 100% scalable to your abilities, no expectation to execute as prescribed!! The workout:

??1 Mile Run
??100 pull ups
??200 push ups
??300 air squats 
??1 mile run

This is ALSO a fundraiser for our local VFW post 1935 in Adrian, Mo who does so much to honor our military and support our community throughout the year. 

100% of your donation will be given directly to the VFW and INCLUDES. a shirt or tank top!( click **discussion** in this event to see shirts)

Your order/donation will be through Venmo, which will be listed in the post on the event. Include your size, color and quantity there. This pre order only closes on May 19th!
