A time of peace, a time of grounding as hold postures for several minutes that encourage the release of all tension from the body.We will then transition into a beautiful sound healing immersion where your mind and body will drop further in to a deeper state of relaxation and emotional balance as the calming frequencies of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and more, take you on a journey within!To close the evening, you are invited to stay for a herbal tea and delicious treat - to connect, to share - whatever you feel guided to do. Doors will close once the session has commenced and late arrivals will not be admitted.About your facilitatorJo has been a yoga teacher for 7 years and a sound and energy healing practitioner offering group and 1:1 sound healing experiences in SA's first and only Himalayan Salt Cave at Breathe Stretch Float for the last 4 years. Trained through the Pyramids of Chi in Ubud, Bali, she has also offered these sessions for large, sold-out events such as WellFest Adelaide - 2022 & 2023 - Adelaide Fringe since 2024, winning an award for her Salt Cave Sound Immersions. Jo enjoys sharing her love of sound through running sound healing sessions at schools, working with neurodivergent children/NDIS clients, for corporate retreats and wellbeing days, private sessions in people's homes and her sellout group sessions 'Snuggles + Sounds' - an experience for children and their parents. She has also collaborated with other specialists in the field to bring other unique events to the wider community.Combining her passion for sound, healing, travel and helping people, she has created and facilitated local and international retreats, collaborated with many likeminded business owners and creators, and provided guided sound healing and meditations at international conferences.
