The 5km head out along Wheatsheaf rd crossing South rd turning left Orana Dr then left onto Karawi Parade. turn left on to the bike track  and cross over South rd returning to the park via coast to Vines bike track and Wheatsheaf rd.

The 10km runners head out alongout along Wheatsheaf rd crossing South rd turning left onto the bike track until Melsetter rd. returning to the park via the coast to Vines bike track and Wheatsheaf rd.

There is also a 20k run which leaves earlier. and completes an initial loop before joining the 10k runners at 7.15am.

There is no cost and everyone is welcome.
