Absorb the beautiful resonance of crystal and Tibetan bowls along with soothing percussion instruments, blended with relaxing background music.

The afternoon includes a meditation, followed by hands-on healing or an aura energy upliftment if required.

Seating is provided, but please feel free to bring along yoga mats, rugs and cushions/pillows if you would like to lay on the floor.

Entry is a $10-00 donation which goes towards the upkeep of the Centre.

Please arrive early and be settled in good time for the commencement.
