Bring: Bikes bike stands Helmet (for BridgeRoad Challenge) chair snacks stubby holder money, as Drinks will be for sale as well as a gold coin donation for the BBQ, and swap meet Swap meet items $5 to enter bikes To enter comment below 'SnS6' or message Brad for each bike entrent Brand model year category judge or not judge RETRO MTB SA presents SHOW n SHINE 6 2026 A brief of what to expect Date: Saturday 14th March 2026 Location: TONSLEY INNOVATION DISTRICT Tafe SA carpark P5 MAB circuit ,Tonsley park in P5 and walk into the big building we will be just inside. set up & Rego open from 9am judging starts from 930am public from 10am All day event $10 donation to register and you can enter as many bikes as you like into as many categories as you like for judging or show. (see NEW RULES) RULES Each entrant can enter as many bikes as they like in to as many categories as they wish but can only nominate a maximum of 2x bikes to be judged in each category entered. The rest of the entrance bikes in those categories will be for show only bikes. Bikes to be Judged are to be highlighted when applying for registration. Entrance can enter bikes 'FOR SHOW ONLY' if they prefer REGISTRATION Registration is now open Please message Brad or the Retro MTB SA (Pre 2000) page or in the comments write "SnS6" and Brad will get in contact. Full name each bikes: Bike brand model year category judge or show Categories judged by the judges: ATB - All Terrain Bike RIGID - a mtb with a solid fork and rear. HARDTAIL - a mtb with a solid rear and suspension fork. DUAL SUSPENSION - a mtb with suspension at the front & rear DOWNHILL - a mtb with large travel suspension front & rear ( pre 2010 but came factory with 26" wheels) RETRO-MOD - a mtb frame pre 2000 with post 2000 parts. °MY NON MTB BIKE - a post 2000 mtb bike or any year other category push bike (Roadie, bmx, dragster etc) project you would like to show off. Additional awards: +PEOPLES CHOICE - the general public and participants choose their favourite bike from all categories. +BRIDGEROAD BREWERS CHALLENGE - fun bike course/s to ride. BIGRED'S AWARD - bigred to judge RETRO MTB OF THE YEAR - Aus Mus & celebrity judges to choose from all atb/mtb categories GRAND MASTER OF RETRO - to qualify to go in the running for grand master ¹ You must have a min of 3 bikes in 3 different Retro mtb categories to be judged. ² your 3 best scores from 3 different categories being judged will be added together ³ extra points scored from the bridgeroad brewers challenge. The person with the highest total score wins overall. + These categories are fun categories anyone is welcome to participate in. § It is up to the participant to register their bike into what category. eg. pumptrack bike depending how it is built with what parts it could be entered into Rigid, HT, Retro-mod or Frankinbike. Putting it into the correct category due to the category description will give you a better chance of a higher score. ∆ Judges scores are final, judging is not done just on who can spend the most with most NOS items it is the complete character of the bike will be taken into consideration. any complaints should be directed in a nice manner to the organiser, BiGReD.
