Mājas saimnieks, īpašnieks un 3 Pavāri līdzīpašnieks vadīs Semināru par Mūsdienu Virtuvi. Nākat klausīties kā Ēriks stāsta par Līgatnes Pavāru Māju, slow food kustību un ilgstpējas principiem ēst gatavošanai. Viņš arī demonstrēs divu ēdienu pagatavošanu. Šis seminārs ies apm 2 stundas.

🇦🇺 Erik Dreibants, green Michelin starred chef, "Pavāru Mājas" owner and founder and co-founder of Riga’s 3 Pavari, will be hosting a seminar discussing modern Latvian cooking. As a member of the Slow Food movement Erik is committed to food sustainability and renewing Latvian traditions, methods and foods. With a carefully prepared photo presentation, Erik will be discussing Pavaru Mājas history and telling us about the local farmers and products of the Līgatne area. The seminar will finish with a demonstration of a two course meal. This seminar will go for approximately two hours. It will be translated from Latvian to English.
