Driven by the deep-rooted connection to their heritage and the shared joy of the New Year, the South Australia Bengali Cultural Association (SABCA) is set to organize the celebration of 'Bengali New Year 1433.' This grand festival will take place on Saturday, 4 July 2026, at the Woodville Town Hall. As with every year, the venue will be colorfully decorated, creating a vibrant atmosphere that brings a slice of Bangladesh into the busy lives of the diaspora.

According to the organizers, the Town Hall will come alive with the presence of the expatriate community starting in the afternoon. The main highlight of the event will be a captivating cultural program featuring local artists, showcasing a thousand years of Bengali heritage through music, dance, and poetry.
