- Demand immediate protections for Palestinians in Israeli prisons including repealing the apartheid death penalty laws which apply exclusively to Palestinians.
- Trigger accountability measures under the Geneva Convention, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the Convention against Torture and the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
- Sanction Israel for its crimes against humanity and systemic use of torture
