ONE DAY OUT is a powerful one-day retreat where Daniela and Dianne weave together over 30 years of combined experience in transformational work, somatic movement, therapeutic counselling and psychodrama techniques to help you identify what's keeping you from living at your fullest.
Through chi gong, metaphoric cards, yoga nidra, psychodrama and movement medicine, you'll explore your challenge from every dimension. Cognitive, emotional, physical and energetic. Your issue isn't just understood here. It's felt, witnessed and released.
Included is a nourishing lunch, a warm and safe container, and expert facilitation holding you every step of the way  and you have a full-spectrum day that meets you exactly where you are, and gently moves you forward.
