In fact according to Plato “Dance, of all the arts is the one that most influences the soul”.\n\nTraditional dance continues to be passed on from generation to generation in Greece and the Diaspora maintaining our national identity. The aim of the Community through the “G.O.C.S.A. Dance Academy“ is the preservation of the Hellenic cultural identity as well bringing the wider community together at key points throughout the year. \n\nThe beautiful and elaborate costumes used, (many of which have been imported directly from Greece) are representative of the traditional dress of various regions of our motherland.\n\nAround 100 students between the ages of 5 of 45 years attend classes which take place twice a week.
