Modern Italian Baking - Sweets

Join Ilenia, Italian pastry chef from Rome, in this awesome class, where you can learn hands-on how to make some of the classic Italian pastries.

Mono portion shortbread tarts with jam and crostatine with fresh custard and strawberries, Tartufini chocolates and afternoon tea biscuits.

You will take home all of your delicious produce.

This course runs for 1 session x 3 hours.
