I have been teaching classes over 5 years at WEA, and receive excellent reviews from happy bakers who were struggling with how to conquer sourdough baking.

In this class you will learn:

- The secrets to maintaining an active and healthy starter.

- How to select the best ingredients for the product you want to bake. 

- Simple yet consistent methods for mixing, dough development, proofing timing, shaping and baking your own sourdough breads.
