Salt therapy (halotherapy) has numerous health benefits including: boosting the immune system, relieves symptoms of allergies, COPD, asthma, coughs, stress, anxiety, sinusitis, respiratory issues, fatigue, eczema and psoriasis. Salt is a natural anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial. Salt therapy can greatly improve breathing problems, especially those caused by flu/covid. As well as being incredibly beneficial for your health, it is the most beautiful space to relax in and just be. Salt is also the perfect way to cleanse your energy.
