The BBQ area and playground are accessible, however be aware there is a large pond also if you have young children.

Anti-Poverty Network SA is a volunteer-run community advocacy group, made-up of job-seekers, pensioners, carers, students, sole parents, and allies, advocating for dignity and justice for all low-income people. We are often joined at the BBQ's by other organisation and are supported by the Playford Women's Shed. 

This event is sponsored by local businesses and is for members, supporters, and the community, to have a chance to socialise, have a chat about shared challenges, or maybe to seek some information on how to navigate the challenges associated with life, especially when living in poverty. You can also learn more about who we are; what we do; and how you can get involved.

If anyone would like to support the Northern Branch BBQ's there are many ways to do so. Financial donations can be made on our  website and if you would like to support the BBQ through other means, or if you have clothing or other donations, please email for more information.
