TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Tickets are event specific and are non-transferable to any other event.
• Seat allocation will be determined by Stamford Plaza Adelaide
• Guests will be seated at large round tables, accommodating up to 8 people.
• To secure a private table, a minimum booking for 8 people is required.
• Menu items and meal periods are correct at the time of publishing but are subject to change.
• Special dietary requests can be accommodated, so please inform us of any specific requirements at the time of booking.
• All ticket purchases will accrue a booking fee (*plus booking fee). The booking fee is charged by Eventbrite.
• A photographer may be present at this event. By attending, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by Stamford Hotels and Resorts. If you do not wish to be photographed, please advise the photographer on site.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations made 14 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event, are NOT eligible for a refund.
• No shows will be charged at the full booking price.
