BRANDO RISING (Melb) with PERDITION plus ELECTRIC BADGER

Melbourne's BRANDO RISING is heading to Adelaide to blow the roof off The Metro on Saturday night, December the 13th. The band features two members of Adelaide's very own early 80's post-punk outfit, GUN CONTROL (later known in Sydney as FUNHOUSE, after the band's relocation), in Kelly Hewson and Ripley Hood. With personnel past and present from the likes of such legendary Australian acts such as THE HITMEN, NEW CHRISTS, GREEN SPIDERS (nee LIME SPIDERS), GLEN & THE PEANUT BUTTERMEN and others, Brando Rising will be previewing new tracks from their currently in-production second album, as well as highlights from their lauded self-titled debut, including the hit You Tube single “Bellissimo Bebe”. Supports will be our ole mates, punk rock legends PERDITION, plus former Gun Control bassist Phil McTaggart's wild three-piece outfit, ELECTRIC BADGER.
