Do a lap every hour, on the hour. 369m of vert per lap. Collect your summit medallions of the 7 mountains as you go, with summits achieved after 3 laps (Table Mountain), 6 laps (Mt Kosciouzsko), 10 laps (Mt Rinjani), 12 laps (Mt Whitney), 16 laps (Mount Kilimanjaro), 21 laps (Changste) and finishing with Mt Everest on 24 laps.
