Grab a teammate and join us for the 1st Annual Church For Pastors Bags Tournament—a fun-filled day of friendly competition, worship, food, and community, all in support of pastors and ministry families across the Des Moines Metro. The event takes place on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at New Hope Church. Doors open at 10:30 AM, with the first round beginning at 10:45 AM.  

Whether you’re competing for the championship or cheering from the sidelines, there’s something for everyone. Tournament teams will have opportunities to purchase mulligans and challenge their way back into the bracket, while guests can enjoy food, worship, and fellowship throughout the day. Best of all, the winning team’s prize will be directed to a pastor or ministry staff member of their choice.  

Every registration and sponsorship helps further the mission of Church For Pastors: encouraging, refreshing, and supporting pastors and ministry families so they know they don’t have to carry the weight of ministry alone. Come throw some bags, make some memories, and help care for those who care for others.  

Even if you’re not competing, come out to support by cheering on teams, grabbing some food and worshipping.
