Come and enjoy a session in Qi Gong / Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese meditative martial arts system that can help to enhance your overall optimal health and longevity. No previous experience is necessary. 

All levels are welcome. 
MEET at the GREYLOCK GLEN CENTER, 165 Gould Road, Adams

This program is FREE and open to ages 12 and older. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Program duration 90 minutes. Wear comfortable, weather appropriate clothing. This program will be offered outdoors in fair weather, indoors if it rains.

MEET YOUR GUIDE: Jeanne Schnackenberg is a member of the Outdoor Sports team at Canyon Ranch Health Spa. Jeanne has been teaching mindful practices in Forest Bathing and Qi Gong for two decades. Jeanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Ma, Amherst in Natural Resources. With certifications in Wilderness First Aid, Lifeguarding, Archery Instruction, Ropes Course Facilitation, Tai Chi/Qi Gong Instruction and education in Forest Bathing, Jeanne will ensure your safety and enjoyment. A true lady of the forest, Jeanne loves nothing more than sharing her extensive knowledge of the Berkshires and its flora, fauna and special places.
