Honor yourself and the divine feminine through this ancient dance we approach from diverse perspectives ~ it’s rare to have this much fun doing something so good for you!
Here are some of its benefits:
1. Gain strength and tone muscles ~ it’s a great workout without feeling like you’re exercising once you get lost in the music and art form!
2. Increase your confidence and well-being ~ when you dance, your body secretes endorphins and dopamine, the ‘feel good’ hormones.
