The season is right around the corner, and it’s time to get our home complex game-ready! We are hosting a Mandatory Field Cleanup Weekend at Lions Field to ensure the facilities are safe, clean, and looking their best for our players. To get everything across the finish line, we need all hands on deck. Whether you can spare an hour or the whole day, your help makes a massive difference for the league.

?️ The Schedule

Friday, April 17: Starting at 4:00 PM to 7:30PM
Main focus will be spreading top soil on fields 4 & 5 
Saturday, April 18: Starting at 9:00 AM to 2:00PM (or when it is completed)

Important Note for Teams: If your team has a practice scheduled at Lions Field on either Friday or Saturday, your "practice" for that day will officially consist of your players and their families assisting with the cleanup efforts.

?️ Our To-Do List
We have several projects to tackle, with a major priority on Fields 4 and 5 to spread new topsoil. Other tasks include:
Field Prep: Spreading topsoil, setting up mounds, and ensuring all bases are correctly placed. 
Maintenance: Painting bases and hanging league banners.
Cleaning: Sweeping out dugouts, picking up garbage, power washing trash cans, and cleaning the deck area.

?️ Equipment Needed
If you have any of the following items, please bring them along! Having extra equipment on-site helps us move much faster:

Wheelbarrows (High priority for top soil moving)
Hard Rakes
Power Washer (if you are able to help power wash the deck and garbage cans)
Bring: Water, working gloves, and anyone that will help!
