Dr. Carmen Jones, a licensed naturopathic doctor and member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, graduated from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health Sciences. She practices in Ada, Oklahoma, and travels across southeastern Oklahoma to promote natural medicine. Inspired by her grandmother's use of herbal remedies, Dr. Jones focuses on nature-based healing to address root causes of health issues. Her goal is to help people achieve optimal health through diet, lifestyle changes, and natural therapies.

We will be meeting by the pavilion on the SW corner of Wintersmith park (where the picnic tables are).
