8-Week Bootcamp 2026

8-week Bootcamp every Saturday and Sunday at 10am (approx. 30-40min). Not required to attend both days. There is a Zumba class before every Bootcamp that you are encouraged to attend (warm-up, optional)
You will need:
Hand weights (5-15lbs), yoga mat, towel, and bottle of water.
Great for all fitness levels, beginners welcome! $125 for 16 classes (8 weeks).
