These 60-minute outdoor classes will take place Saturdays at 9:30am (weather permitting) beginning June 13th on the expansive back deck of the Assabet Co-Op Market overlooking the beautiful Assabet River.  RCY’s Emily Putzig will be guiding these Mindful Flow yoga classes. Class registration is $15 per person (or use on of your RCY class passes), and a portion of the proceeds will go right back to the Co-Op from Revolution Community Yoga + Fitness.  Please bring your own yoga mat, props, water, and anything else you need.  Pre-registration is required at the class links below. Space is limited – be sure to pre-register in advance!
